Quick word to say that I hope all the exams went well and to say congrats to Pat Maguire on his graduation last week.

There is still training going on over the summer. It is taking place on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5pm as per usual. There is also training going on most lunch times from around 12.30pm onwards. If you are interested just send me an email.

Hi,

First of all, just want to wish everybody the best of luck with the exams.

Now to more important things -are people around over the summer who would like to continue training? If you are can you let me know so we can see will we continue training over the summer. If there is a demand we will continue. If you are free this would be a great chance to get some intensive one on one training done.

If you are not about myself, Nanette, Tommy and Niall wish you all the best and hope to see you again in September.

I will be around to open the gym at the usual training times on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and from 12-2 on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the first week of the mid-term.

The second will most likely only have the Monday, Wednesday and Friday sessions WITHOUT the 12-2 Tuesday and Thursday sessions.

The intervarsity seniors will be taking place this weekend in Driminagh Boxing Club.

Weigh-in is from 10-12pm with bouts taking place in the afternoon. It would be great if everybody could come down and support the lads. It would be also a great opportunity to see more experienced lads in action.

The no 17 bus also passes by the club.

There will be a meeting at 8pm this Wednesday, 3rd March, for everyone who wants to be part of next year’s committee.

The provisional location is at the Forum Bar (the bar at the Student Centre), and will be there unless I give notice that it has changed.

I hope this time suits all of those interested and it shouldn’t take longer than 30 minutes at most.
