UCD Boxing

Dear All,
Tomorrow (22nd of April) is the last ordinary training. Friday there is no training due to the end of term festivities.
Over the summer training takes place once a week, on Wednesdays from 8 to 10 PM.

If there is no supervision, sparring is not an option. Feel free to use the bags, do pad work and shadow boxing, but sparring only takes place under supervision of Tommy, Charlie, Niall, Jack or myself.

I wish you all the best with the exams and hope you’ll enjoy the summer. See you all in September or at training over the summer,
